The hotel is a mix of new and old, but it’s a good option for an overnight stay if you have a connecting flight the next day. The airport shuttle was convenient, and the driver was kind and attentive.

great town - with lot of historical buildings - easy access and use of the tube - getting a ticket is quite a challenge - as the instructions are only in spanish, but there are always people on duty helping out - good city to walk around and get your own impression - missed seeing any art or museum - would like to to this another time - there are specific times when you can get in for free -

I was very surprised with Madrid. It is totally underated. A beautiful city with lots to see and do. Beautiful old buildings, lots of stunning parks and gardens and great shopping everywhere.
Fun cooking classes. Tapas bars, great good. I loved Madrid.
I planned on taking the hop on Hop off bus, but ended up walking everywhere. It's a great city with so much history. I felt safe as a solo female traveller at all times.

In Madrid it is easy to feel like you are alive because there are always things to do and places to see. There is always music, food, drinks, they make you feel welcome and you always find people to share with. I really love Madrid and I would go back there every time.

All of Spain's incredible culture comes together in Madrid.
All of Spain's incredible culture comes together in Madrid. Because of its geography most people tend not to visit and go to Barcelona instead. Madrid is better for me. It offers far more. A visit to the Santiago Bernabeu will leave you breathless. The plaza del Espana is the best. The choice of restaurants is unrivalled.

Great buildings, architecture, historical sights and interesting neighborhoods.
City is very busy, nice atmosphere, but a bit dirty.
Lots of food and bar choices, but lacking authenticity from previous years. Possibly away from the tourist area, it could be more authentic and true culture,

It is my favorite Spanish city. It has everything I like: excellent museums, theater, opera, restaurants, churches, public squares and parks, superb architecture (old and new), a very easy to navigate metro system, and super friendly people.

The property boasts about its breakfast, and for good reason. It genuinely was the best breakfast buffet I've ever seen in a hotel or resort. Real honeycomb?!? The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. In terms of location, it's a great spot for reaching the airport for an early flight, but also within walking distance of a metro line that takes you into the centre of Madrid.
Good location in the city centre. Private room with bathroom was a good size and we got a little terrace. We got it at a very good price comparing to other hotels in Madrid. Plenty restuarants all around. Close to the metro. They have a little bar downstairs with 2 for 1 drinks if you are a guest and show them your key.
The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Madrid city centre. If you need to take the metro, this is 3 mins away walking distance. Room was clean and included a kitchen corner. Super recommended and good value, considering that you will save time and money by being already in the centre.
Room dimension better than most hotels in Madrid.
Location very good if you want to walk to city centre (10 minutes to Plaza Mayor)
Parking (even it is for small cars!)
