Great pool, wonderful restaurant, grounds were nice lots of places to sit, cabins are wonderful, everything clean, attention to detail on the entire property.

The place was lovely...beautiful decor, great parking, nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and offerings. The bed, linens and pillows were awesome and the shower had nice KT products. We loved it and would book here again.

Location, historic significance

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and overall, it was a wonderful experience that served as the perfect solution for our time in Austin. We want to acknowledge the clear effort made by the staff, who were truly exceptional – incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable. Their positive attitude and assistance were standout highlights. The location? Absolutely phenomenal. Being situated literally downtown meant the best of Austin was right at our doorstep. We could easily walk to countless incredible restaurants, experience the vibrant nightlife on 6th Street, explore the unique container bars on Rainey Street, and enjoy beautiful strolls along Lady Bird Lake. Having such convenient access to the heart of the city, including landmarks like the Texas State Capitol, made exploring effortless and truly enhanced our visit. The complex itself is also well-designed and pleasant. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it based on the location and service alone, we did feel there's an opportunity to elevate the guest experience even further. The main area for improvement lies with the interior furnishings. We found the furniture, particularly the seating, to be quite uncomfortable. Additionally, adding televisions in the bedrooms and choosing furnishings that feel a bit more inviting and cozy, rather than purely functional, would make the inside comfort level match the high standard set by the location and staff support. We offer this feedback constructively, as we truly appreciated the property and the people managing it. With some investment in interior comfort, this already great place could become absolutely perfect. For anyone considering a stay, the location and staff support are top-notch, providing an amazing launchpad for exploring all that downtown Austin has to offer. We valued the care shown by the team and believe these enhancements would make future stays even more memorable.

Although not the best room and facilities, was a good deal for the cost. Safe enough area.

The location up was excellent. The property was like peaceful oasis.
