Cleanliness, owners were very helpful and understanding with technology issues. The guidelines and important information was laying on the kitchen table when we arrived. The shower and bath had bodywash and shampoo provided. Extra supplies, air fragrances, laundry soap, k-cups, ice pre-made, and trashbags all there to be used. We are recommending this Town home to others. The price, the garage and luxuries was worth our trip. The location put us within walking distance and/or 30 minutes or less to all our destinations. We will visit again, but hopefully for a longer length of time.

The town home was as described and well furnished with bathroom and kitchen supplies. Including some pods for the Keurig and some coffee condiments. Very nice touch. The beds were firm but comfortable, the showers were great, and the TV was easy to use and a great size. Access to the place was easy, and the garage, while narrow, fit our two cars in length. We had easy driving access to roads/interstates that would get us around Cleveland, and easy walking distance to some great shops and restaurants, as well as to fun sites like The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame where our friends spent a day. I would definitely stay here again.

Communication with the property manager was excellent.
The townhome was very clean. Much appreciated.
The garage is much better than other reviews indicated. We fit a Toyota Highlander and Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sure, it was tight with 2 big cars, but we had no problems.
The beds, sheets, and pillows were terrific, as was the heat and hot water.

Cleveland is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do...
Cleveland is beautiful and there are plenty of things to do but the staff their overall was not the greatest. Had to call two times to get towels delivered after waiting almost 30 minutes. And the lady who checked me in wasn't personable at all until I told her we had to put our dog down that day. It almost seemed like she was mad that I showed up. Honestly I don't think I would recommend this to a friend unless I get compensated for all the amenities that we're not available which were advertised. My clock being off by 1 hour made us miss the pool and I was told that room service will not be available because they were two booked. Both of those were very disappointing since I booked this room to make the night easy for my wife cuz we just had our dog put down. I feel I should be compensated if I were to ever consider returning.

A city on the rebound.
A city on the rebound. Cleveland has much to offer, you just have to look for it! There is growth going on and the locals are doing everything possible to make it a destination city. Excellent museums, a great theatre distirct and a basketball team that is worth watching! Many different food choices spread all accross the area.

The Arcade, not much there but the Architect was out of this world.
There is so much more to do like zoo, Rock n Roll Hall of Frame, football game, Botanical Garden, Tour oof A Christmas Story House, we did see the steamship of William G. Mather did not know it was a museum.
Hope to go back to explore more of the city.

Since my trip was centered on my medical condition, I cannot give much insight on the food. Although, I noticed options other than typical national franchises. Cleveland is a city in rebuild, with incredible architecture, yet there is urban decay but plenty of sites that are educational or just plain fun. In staying downtown, I found the public transportation to be pretty good especially travelling back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic.
