    The breakfast area was exceptionally clean at all times. Great coffee!!! and a good selection for breakfast. The workout room was spacious and had all I needed for a good workout. I requested more antibacterial wipes and soap and the staff responded immediately. THANK YOU! :)

    Greenville is a hidden gem in the US.

    Greenville is a hidden gem in the US. This is my first trip, but I would certainly visit again. The downtown blew me away with all of the shops, eateries, and upscale bars. Downtown alone has a lot to offer with the Falls Park, but even outside of downtown, there are many activities one can do as well.

    I chose to stay in Greenville because I was there one other time for just a couple hours. I loved the downtown area so I wanted to explore a little more. Mostly for this trip I had heard of their rails to trails and I have an E bike now. Swamp Rabbit, Café and Grocery was recommended by a friend and it was perfect. 🙌 Relaxing area & the staff was great everywhere in the area. The food, coffee, wine, and spirits are all there & great farm fresh choices. Bathrooms too ! I was able to park there, unload my bike, get coffee and something to eat before getting on the trail right there. I chose to go head up to Travelers Rest first about 10 miles and stopped off at Furman College in between. I enjoyed riding the around the beautiful lake there. There is a public restroom there as you are going around the lake. Then I turned around from Travelers Rest and went downtown to Greenville. Definitely recommend going early on bikes because it tends to get a little crowded after noon especially on the weekend. Downtown was well kept, very clean and lots of beautiful areas to explore. And of course, lots of choices for food, drinks or just relaxing in the park. Pets were allowed everywhere I saw that day with some restrictions, but normal restrictions.

    Check in lady was super sweet. Breakfast was horrible and we purposely look for places that include breakfast. Wont serve eggs due to egg prices, was out of regular waffle mix and would not refill. Therefore we were not able to eat breakfast.

    We LOVE Greenville--in fact, this was our buying trip. We had been before scouting out whether this was the city we wanted to move to. Greenville has a wonderful combination of natural beauty, good planning, a foodie culture, and lots of variety in eating, shopping, and recreation. While it is growing, it is less expensive than Raleigh, Charlotte, etc.

    Well I was grateful for the staff of a night and I met a cleaning lady that Saturday morning who was very kind. I was disappointed the first night when one of my girls jumped in the shower and there wasn't any soap, hair or body and I didn't pack any because my daughter said you'd have it. So I went downstairs and they gave me a hair conditioner and a body lotion and I spotted some tiny bugs in the sink when we first got there but they were so tiny that I had 2 look really close to make sure that they were. Needless to say that I had to leave so I wasn't there the first night for long and I found it quiet and peaceful but the next day my daughter made coffee and someone had opened all the packs and took the creamers so she went downstairs and they didn't have any creamer so again, I was disappointed. The second night I was there and my daughter went to bed and I felt kinda itchy but decided to get in the shower and I had bugs in my hair and jumped out and noticed they were in the floor and I'm pretty sure in the bed that I had been laying on and I couldn't get my daughter to wake up or I would have checked out right then but I ended up going an sleeping in the car with wet hair. I informed them at the desk when I checked out and although she was nice, she said I should have told them that I had seen some after checking in and they would have moved us. I didn't think that they were big enough to harm and I don't think that they were the same thing as in my hair. I ended up missing my Infusions the following week because of this. So if I could rate it on employees,it would be 100% but it will be a long time before I stay in a hotel again..

    The hot cocoa bar was amazing we really enjoy that . The tree was beautiful in the lobby . My room was horrible we had clean bathroom it was filthy . The pillows was very uncomfortable and every time we move in bed it would squeak . We had change both beds because they look like they had not been change at all. I could not believe they wanted charge us between 13 to 15 dollars for breakfast.for each of my family members For the amount money we paid breakfast should have been free. I paid less at hotel and got free breakfast. One thing was positive as well my grandson enjoy the gym . I

    As expected, a great hotel. Despite the convenient location, close to Main Street very quite. Inexpensive parking garage just around the corner. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Great, spacious lobby and a nice small outside pool. Breakfast could offer more choice but is adequate.
