The staff and location are great! Very friendly service and very quiet hotel away from traffic and congestion. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable memory foam.

I never was able to check in. Tried to check Into my room took over three hours of having to be on the phone with customer service from booking.com. The lady at the front desk had too many issues and ended up canceling our entire stay even though we already had pre paid for the trip and could not be issued a refund.

Located 10 minutes’ drive from Fort Hood Military Base, this Killeen hotel offers its guests a full service restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I liked how the room had a kitchen area in it. Super convenient when you have teenagers with you. Also liked the staff, they were super sweet and helpful. Keep up the great work!

    We loved visiting different things within the area and...

    We loved visiting different things within the area and Austin. We were able to experience many many different foods--all delicious! And of course had to make a stop or two (lol) at Buc-ees :) The only thing to be conscious of is the interstates/ traffic...if you are not used to it that can throw you off.

    I recommend Bobby B's BBQ and Soul Food and the restaurant MasFajitas was pretty tasty too and near the hotel. Also, any time I'm in TX, I have to go to HEB! :) We also went to Chalk Ridge Park, it would be nice except for all of the trash everywhere.

    Booking.com should de-list this place, it's a mess. The staff is rude, requires a couple of steps to get to use the place, It is an embarrassment to booking.com. No one should even attempt to stay there. It's horrible.

    When we arrived at the property, no one answered.

    When we arrived at the property, no one answered. A phone call informed us that the property was no longer being rented. We had already paid for 3 nights, so we were not happy. Fortunately, we found other accommodations, but I expect a refund of $188.93. How do I go about getting this?

    Killeen was a very cute town with a lot of things going on.

    Killeen was a very cute town with a lot of things going on. They always seemed busy and going somewhere. Nobody seemed to relax. There was no street lights so I kept thinking that I was going to go off a cliff or into someone's yard. We ate at Whataburger. They were awesome. I would highly recommend them.

    The apartment is located in a good and quiet neighborhood. It is roomy and provides all the amenities required even for a long stay. Located close to the main street and big shops and restaurants. Good contact with the host. Highly recommended.

    This property is more like a jail/rehab facility. Been staying at hotels for 30 years, never again here. Priceline shoppers beware. Drugs, hookers, transits .... need I say more ? Spend the extra money and go elsewhere
