My room was clean and tidy with good AC. Moreover, the staff, more specifically the front desk administrator, were helping and accommodating. It was a short stay, but it was definitely a pleasant one.

Miami has gotten horrible over the years the city needs to upgrade for how expensive it has gotten. And the quality of service it offers is just horrible. I see why over the years I stopped going to Miami it is just not worth its hype

We enjoyed South Beach and the free trolleys.
We enjoyed South Beach and the free trolleys. We felt the restaurants and bars were a bit exploitative and there seemed a shortage of staff. After you were shown to your table, you would be ignored. Sometimes we were enticed to sit down and have a drink or a meal at a special price but the offer wasn't honoured at the end of the meal, so an argument ensued.

A really interesting city.
A really interesting city. I loved the ease of transport, the beaches, the art deco buildings that have been retained in the centre. Was amazed by Haulover Inlet & the fact that so many people speak only Spanish!
I found the money that some people have nauseating. As a keen photographer, I took NO photos of the mansions or boats moored nearby)

It was very easy to get around with the free Trolley bus and Metromover. The main line buses were also very easy to use with a day ticket. The Hop on Hop off bus tour was also very interesting and enabled us to decide where we wanted to visit. Excursions to Key West and The Everglades were also easy to arrange from Miami. We also made our way by bus and then by foot to Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Downtown Miami is very clean and modern despite the building of a new major highway. Little Havana and Wynwood Walls are both very interesting areas. The parks around Bayside are lovely as is the riverside walk. A walk along Ocean Drive is a must to see all the Art Deco buildings. We stayed in an apartment hotel so were able to please ourselves as to where and what we ate. An excellent supermarket was only a 10 min walk away.

had to spend extra 3 days in miami, due to car problems. was a bit disappointed that hardly anyone spoke english, however, it was interesting walking around the city. disappointed in one of the bakerys as desert I ordered, (cake) I literally couldn't put a fork thru, (NOT exagerating) waitress, didn't speak english, but, basically message I got was, thats the way it wasn't taken off my bill. I was challanged as to how to get around on trollys and buses not being from the city. just would be nice if people spoke english.

It was super cute, really clean and well appointed with nice fixtures and linen. The garden beds were comfy. I even shared the pull out with my 13 year old and it was fine. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and only 10-15 mins from Calle Ocho and Domino Park area. It’s about 20 mins from Wynwood. And quick to get into South Beach and Miami city by car although. You need a car. Mike and Jess were really helpful and kind recommending Joes Stone Crab for my special 50th Night out.
It’s in a really good spot - within 25-30 minutes of South Beach, Little Havana and Downtown Miami. Wynwood itself is also a really cool area with plenty to see, do and eat. The property was clean, and catered to our needs for the whole week. The staff were also really helpful. We felt really taken care of.
Good hotel. If you have an overnight layover, the hotel is only about 5 minutes from the Miami airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, which leaves a hotel every 15 minutes. The room was large and beds were comfortable. It was easy to get to Maimi Beach, about 20 mins in the taxi.
Location of the hotel (near bus stop 36 to go to Miami beach), room, equipment, breakfast (fantastic breakfast), everything was good actually
I recommend this hotel, the price is really very very good value for money
