We lost our house to Hurricane Helene and rented with booking.com and the property in Terra Verde had No Electricity . No one told us this and we drove over for Nothing.

Tanner the resort manager was amazing. He made sure we had enough room and kept one open in case we needed a second one. He was so helpful and nice. The hotel is clean and in good location.
