Staff is excellent and very nice, helpful - it felt like "coming home". Hotel and facilities are 5 stars + and breakfast a true joy as was dinners and amenities. But staff was the best I have experienced (and I tyravel alot).

It was already our third time and we will come back for sure! We had problem with the hot water and they offered us to change the room or to get discount at our next reservation (this one had we already payed)
