Modern facilities, central location, breathtaking view from the pool and friendly staff! We also loved the buffet breakfast, one of the best of our holiday!

We used the Harbour Club for most breakfasts, afternoon tea and drinks in the evening. Some staff lacked customer service focus while others were very helpful. Queenie on reception was wonderful! Nothing was too much trouble and she worked her magic and found us a room for an early check-in as our plane landed before 7am. Our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view. Concierges were very helpful when asking for maps and general tourist information and the luggage handlers were always jumping in to assist with luggage. We were even offered a shower in the gym before we flew out at 10pm.

The Hyatt Centric is an upscale mid-range hotel in the city's vibrant Causeway Bay/North Point neighborhood which offers a decent quality to cost ratio for a hotel of this kind in Hong Kong. The property consists of two towers with a central podium level which directly connects to a mall below the hotel, and is within 2 minutes walking distance to the North Point MRT.
The room in the property was tastefully furnished, relatively spacious for HK standards, and provided access to the hotel lounge upstairs on the 21st floor where refreshments were served from midday and a cocktail hour was provided in the evening. The breakfast buffet was made available each morning at the dining hall connecting the two hotel towers and was varied and tasty: good selection of European and Asian faire, including staples like an egg/omelette station, congee, Korean breakfast dishes and HK dumpling and noodle soup. The hotel staff were courteous and for the most part helpful, even notifying me of leaving a personal item behind after I had checked out which was very much appreciated.
We visited as a group of friends and enjoyed our stay there.
Well situated in the North Point district of Hong Kong, The Stellar is set 1.7 km from Victoria Park, 2.8 km from Hysan Place and 3.2 km from Times Square Hong Kong.

The place is clean, which is the most important criteria for my travels. The staff are also very helpful, and one lady in particular (the one who checked me out) was always cheerful and smiley to guests walking past the counter.
The location - I ahve mixed feeling about this. It is superb in that it is where the market is, with eateries close by. However, it is located between two subway stations, which makes it hard to travel by public transport on very hot days, or rainy ones. This is nothing The Stellar can do, of course
