S.F. Has become unbearable. It is a cesspool.
S.F. Has become unbearable. It is a cesspool. Literally a cesspool! It is fouled beyond belief. If you have nostalgic feelings of S.F. from your childhood my advice to you is to NEVER return! Unless you savor the aroma of fresh and stake human waste your cherished childhood memories will be forever tarnished should you decide to risk your own life to venture back to that God foresaken place!

People are talking about Pier 39! Explore guest hotel reviews featuring "Pier 39"
I loved the location. It’s literally 2 mins walking from pier 39 and about 5 mins to the exploratorium. Also, the hotel catered to kids. It had a game room, and other fun things for kids to do.
The location to Pier 39. So close to the water and other activities. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel, if I could recommend just one thing, a refrigerator.
Hotel location was great near by almost all the places we wanted to visit .China town ,union square, japan town,Pier 39 and the painting ladies. Great location.and very clean and comfortable.
The location, breakfast and cleanliness were very good. The bar in the main foyer was reasonably priced and welcoming. We had a wonderful time in San Francisco due to the location we were based. Fisherman's wharf and pier 39 are mere moments outside of the hotel. the Neighbourhood was clean and safe with plenty of restaurants and attractions available.
-The location was great and free parking was a bonus. You can leave the car at hotel and take Bus 28 to Golden Gate Bridge and Pier 39.
-The room was clean and spacious. The staff was busy when we arrived. As we arrived a little bit earlier in the morning, the was no room available but still helped us park the car to the underground garage.
We liked Jaspers restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and lunch. The hotel was in a convenient spot to uber to Oracle Park and Pier 39. It had an old historic feel to it in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful for an early check in
Well, my friend booked in that area, if it was me, I would of booked near fisherman wharf and pier 39 area, more things to do at night. Hotel surrounding is safe as they had a mobile police command center nearby the parking I parked at.
We loved the hotel. Reminded us of a European hotel. I would suggest a room away from the street if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs. We walked to Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Russian Hill, Lombard St, Union Square where all the shopping is. It was a really good location. Just don’t recommend waking down Hyde St toward Tenderloin area. We saw a lot of homeless, excrement on the sidewalk, people doing drugs, and all in the morning.
The 2 ladies at the front desk are outstanding. Very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable
The hotel's location is excellent, very clean with comfy beds. It's within walking distance of most everything. 2 blocks from the cable car turnaround and Pier 39
Didn't much care for the breakfast the hotel serves too spendy and food was not good.
There is an IHop within walking distance down from the hotel. Nice IHop very clean, great service and food.
Would definitely stay at Courtyard Marriott Fisherman's wharf again
