Sand and Tan was a unique experience. I enjoyed the breakfast, the bed was comfortable and the river was very nice. The lady at the front desk was professional. Moesha beautifully decorated my room. The staff was professional and friendly.

Very clean, and quiet, felt safe, enjoyed the close walk to the beach, the bed was comfortable. Everyone was attentive and helpful and easy going. Thanks again Donavan we had an awesome stay. I shall return to enjoy the facility with the new upgrade to the bathroom. Wink wink!

Location was remote but not unduly so. The property itself is very well-kept and clean. Breakfast was unimpressive and needs some improvement, perhaps in its variety. The owner was away on family emergency and perhaps this amounted to the fall in standard.

    Check in was easy, check out was even easier. The pool was central and the location is walking distance to every where in ochi town. Beach is right there, food is on site, a lil pricey but you have to know where to go to eat outside the resort. I highly recommend

    Ocho Rios has a very small town feel.

    Ocho Rios has a very small town feel. You feel safe, the locals are friendly. They have all the modern day convenience, grocery stores, restaurants dine in take out. Dunno River Fall-FABULOUS, Shopping Mall, fabulous, Miss T restaurant delicious food and service- I highly recommend Getting around by foot or taxi inexpensive and easy. No issues as a lone traveler early morning walks late evening returns cry safe.

    Beautiful place wonderful people, Great night life also if your a home body very quiet cozy neighborhoods. Food from the local restaurants were awesome. Can't forget the beaches and the rivers Beautiful and peaceful but also a vibe will be visiting real soon!

    The property itself was not bad.

    The property itself was not bad. The accommodation need to be updated. Also, host need to make sure that deposit is refunded back to guests in a timely manner. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm still waiting on mine.

    It was a pleasure staying at this property and it exceeded all expectations! The modern updates seamlessly blend with the island charm, creating a perfect retreat. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the living areas are ideal for relaxation. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes to the beach and Dunn's River . This home truly felt like a luxurious getaway. Highly recommend for a getaway with the family.

    I love the quietness and homeliness of it. There are mountain view and even a bird sanctuary nearby. The only downside was the road to the property. It was a bit rough and might not be easy to access. I had no problems though.

    It is still a friendly, open, safe coastal town. Lovely old market, great for buying local produce, and trendy clothes. Nice bars & restaurants, music venues & occasional live reggae concerts - always great music & atmosphere. Support local tourism, avoid cruise & all inclusive.

    I loved the beautiful beaches and great places to buy tasty food. The streets were lively at night so I didn't feel afraid venturing out at night. I loved flavours beach, the place was clean, they had a bar and restaurant which was convenient and also a area to shower for a small fee of $300 Jamaican dollars. I also, visited fantasy beach the vibe on the beach was nice however, the beach was very dirty rubbish all over the sand. I didn't like it.

    Great midpoint location for getting to main island hotspots, with great beaches, supermarkets and restaurants but a more local and relaxed feel than the other tourist haven areas.     Richmond is a lovely property with an exellent pool, gym and opportunities to go walking. It also has a children's play area for those who have children. There is also 24 hour security who are well trained and polite. The convenience store nearby is well stocked and there is also a pharmacy and coffee shop where you can get Jamaica's famous Devon House ice cream. There are numerous restaurants nearby, local attractions such as Dunns River Falls, Dolphon Cove, and Chukka Cove. The Knutsford Express stops nearby too which makes pickup and dropoff convenient.
