All staffs are very helpful and kind. Only that the room is small, but considering the location, it’s reasonable.

The Buckingham Hotel is a boutique property centrally located in the heart of Chicago’s Financial District, perched on the 40th floor of the iconic Chicago Stock Exchange building. The city facing room had an unobstructed view of the Willis (Sears) Tower.. AMAZING... I really liked the 'classic' look of the room.. really nicely upkept original HARD WOOD doors and frames. Classic marble in bathroom, etc. Reminded me of the upscale 'Conrad Hilton', but at a much affordable rate.

Centrally located along the Chicago River in the famous Loop business district, this hotel features in-room spa services, and a 24-hour gym. Staff was always kind and willing to help. Room was big and noise proof. Amazing location in the loop, close to everything that's beautiful and useful in Chicago. They offer a great coffee machine 24/7 and some tasty popcorn everything afternoon. Loved this perk so much!

Just 4 blocks away from the shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this hotel is located in Downtown Chicago’s North Loop business district and offers a restaurant,... I didn't have the breakfast but the dinner and location was great

Located in the heart of the city, Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown – The Loop is conveniently located near several of the city’s social and cultural landmarks. Location was great for the Christmas market. The room with a view was cool, but it was a weekend! The hotel was clean and the coffee at breakfast was great! The elevators were quick and quiet.

Located in Chicago’s famed Theater District, Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago is within 10 minutes' walk of State Street shopping and the Art Institute of Chicago. The reception staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Being from northern Europe, we aren't used to air-conditioning and a technician came to our room with a ladder and turned the air-con off for us. 😊 The cleaners brought us fresh coffee and water whenever we asked. The double beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you, we'll be back next year!
